As one of the most efficient improvements, the recently developed Saimo 6000 series belt integrator is suitable for extensive applications by incorporating a 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit A/D converter.

The series 6000 integrator is completed with many advantages, such as easy operation and calibration realized on the man-machine dialogue system, automatic calibration, self-diagnostics, high/low limit alarm, etc. In addition, some new features have also been introduced including multipoint linear compensation, inclination compensation, moisture compensation, programmable loadout, multi-level password protection, dozens of inputs/outputs and various communication protocols.

The special communication function enables the Saimo series 6000 integrator to interface with Pc, PLC, printer, network or other peripheral equipments. Input and output functions can be programmed to drive relay, motor starter, lights and switches, and receive the input from the magnetic card reader, microswitch, flow/no flow switch or buttons.

Saimo provides man-machine communication interface customized for data measuring, monitor, acquisition and control of the belt weigher. This facilitates all operations of several integrators including data modification, calibration and adjustment can be performed on a computer.

Saimo belt weighers are widely used for bulk measurement in various industries such as power generation, coal industry, metallurgy, mining, harbor, chemical and building material industry.
